Activation Guide

Use this guide to activate software licenses, game keys, gift cards, subscriptions and other digital products purchased from SRD Digital.

General activation steps

Read the product page

Check the platform, region, edition, language, subscription length and activation instructions before using the code.

Open the official platform

Redeem your key only on the official activation platform listed in the product description.

Enter the code carefully

Copy and paste the code exactly. Avoid extra spaces before or after the key.

Follow platform instructions

Complete any login, region, device, download or account confirmation steps requested by the platform.

Software license activation

For software licenses, make sure your device meets the required operating system, edition and version. Some licenses may only work for specific versions, regions or account types.

Game key activation

Game keys must usually be redeemed on the correct gaming platform. Check whether the key is for Steam, Epic Games, EA, Ubisoft, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo or another platform.

Gift cards and prepaid codes

Gift cards may be restricted by country, currency, account region or platform rules. Always check region restrictions before redeeming.

Subscriptions

Subscription products may require an existing account, new account, eligible region or specific activation process. Some subscriptions do not stack with existing plans.

Online growth services

For growth services, provide the correct public profile URL, username, post link or service instruction. Do not send private passwords or recovery codes.
