When will I receive my digital product?
Most digital products are delivered instantly after successful payment. You can find your key or download link in your order page and email confirmation.
Where do I find my license key?
After purchase, your license key is shown on the order confirmation page and sent to your email. You can also access it from your account order history.
What should I do if my key does not work?
First check the activation guide, product region, and system requirements. If the issue continues, contact support with your order number and a screenshot of the error.
Can I refund a digital product?
Refund eligibility depends on whether the key has been delivered, viewed, used, or activated. Digital products may have limited refund rights once delivery has started.
Are the products delivered physically?
